This unique,luxury Cottage features rough-hewn timber ceilings,open plan dining,lounge and kitchen including fridge, freezer, fans, air-conditioning as well as front and back verandahs with out door table settings, BBQ facilities and it's own laundry. The Cottage is nestled into the gardens adjacent to the 13 metre pool. Guests are free to enjoy the seclusion of the property taking in the gardens, horse paddock and an abundance of local birdlife.Pets welcome.

Locality

Situated on 5 plus acres just 10 minutes from Darwin, Casuarina and Palmerston. This counrty residence is in comfortable walking distance to the the renowned Tourist attractions of Knuckey Lagoon and Crocodylus Park.

Property

The Property also boasts the famous Grungle Downs Tropical Bed and Breakfast which is located approximately 100 metres away from the Cottage. The back of the property backs onto a reserve which is the catchment area for Holmes Jungle and the Leanyer wetlands both favourite birdwatching haunts
