The Property: Three (1x deluxe and 3 x Superior) quiet, relaxing airconditioned fully furnished, self-contained ground level studio units. Each has its own private back and front courtyards. Fully security screened and walking distance to CBD.

Facilities: Split system airconditioner, ceiling/wall fans, queen bed, plenty of hanging and cupboard space, fully equipped well appointed kitchens with full size fridge and stove,microwave, TV, Austar, VHS, DVD player, gas bbq, bathroom/internal laundry area with washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment.

Location: Walking distance to shops, pubs, clubs, restaurants, Cullen Bay boardwalk eateries, Casino, Mindil Beach Markets and beach, Doctor's Gully Fish Feeding attraction, public transport etc.
