Self-contained apartment

Situated on the fourth floor facing Darwin harbour this Two bedroom executive apartment is ideally situated for business or vacation.A large balcony is accessible from the main bedroom , the dining & lounge rooms. The complex features a full sized lap pool . Security is maintained by way of electronicly controlled pedestrian & vehicle access. A safe under cover car space is supplied. All the comforts of home are at hand including Austar, CD, DVD,& Stereo.The kitchen has every thing with a large fridge/freezer and the laundry is fully equipped. We have a spacious office alcove with computer desk & office chair & an open plan lounge with leather suite & ancillary tables.The 4 place dining area is modern Italian

Locality

Your apartment is right on Mitchell St.Secure parking is in the basement, public transport at the door. Darwin Entertainment centre is a few steps up the road as is the movie theatre. All of Darwins Most popular bars night clubs & restaruants are just a short stroll away.The famous fish feeding & the new crocodile complex are all within an easy walk. There is a bottle shop next door & both Coles & Woollies are in close proximity. A full gymnasium complex is located directly across the road.
