A stylish bathroom features a shower plus a laundry area with a modern washing machine and drier hidden behind doors.
Airconditioning, TV, DVDCD and stereo radio are provided for your convenience.
The lounge area with a comfortable sofa and four-seater dining table has sliding doors that open out onto a private balcony with separate seating for that day or evening relaxation.
Table ware and cooking pots are supplied, as are all towels and bed linen.
A well-equipped gym offers weight and cardio machines plus a sauna on level 6.

Pets As this property is pet friendly (small-medium dog or cat) please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you. If so there is also a carpet clean to be done at the end of your stay (extra charge). This carpet clean is carried out for hygienic reasons and the comfort of the next tenant.

Please note that it is a stacker system: cars must be no more than; Height 1450mm, length 5150mm, width 1850mm. If your car is larger in any of these dimensions the scanner will not allow it into the parking space.
