A stylish bathroom features a shower plus a laundry area with a modern washing machine and drier hidden behind doors.
Airconditioning, TV, DVDCD and stereo radio are provided for your convenience.
The lounge area with a comfortable sofa and four-seater dining table. Balcony, there are sliding doors that open out onto a private balcony with separate seating for that day or evening relaxation.
Table ware and cooking pots are supplied, as are all towels and bed linen.
A well-equipped gym offers weight and cardio machines plus a sauna on level 6.
Lifts to your floor and level 6 to access the gym with 24 hour security.

Pets; As this property is pet friendly (small-medium dog or cat) please inform us when you make your booking if you are bringing a pet with you, If so there is also a carpet clean to be done at the end of your stay (extra charge). This carpet clean is carried out for hygienic reasons and the comfort of the next tenant.
