Its just moments to the Art Gallery, cafes, shops and restaurants in Oxford Street, Darlinghurst and Rushcutters Bay precinct. Just a short walk to the Sydney CBD across Hyde Park or over to Cook and Phillip swimming centre. Plus amazing views from the roof top terrace! Ideal for single person or couple wanting convenience and privacy.
