Holiday house

This 3 Level 100 year old inner city terrace house is central to all Sydney tourist attractions:

It is a large, gracious 4 bedroom home with a large double front bedroom and an enchanting attic room with its own private balcony.

The house has wire-less internet and a large plasma television with excellent reception.

The house is gas heated and very cool in summer due to it's three levels and thick stone walls.

There are two bathrooms, full laundry facilities and a new, fully fitted out kitchen with Caesar Stone bench-tops.

This house is in one of Darlinghurst's best streets - on the same street as SCEGGS Darlinghurst (one of Sydney's prestigious girls schools), around the corner from many fine cafes and also on the same street as The Sydney College of Fine Arts.

It has all the features of the elegant terraces in this area: high ceilings, polished floorboards, spacious living areas and in addition has the benefits of recent renovation, modern appliances and decks added to the back of the house so that you can sit out and enjoy the city skyline views.

There are queen / double beds in each bedroom and the three levels mean that you can experience privacy even if you have your own guests staying with you.

This property is in one of Darlinghurst's best streets - many of the houses and apartments are owner occupied and people's lifestyles should be respected. Parties and noisy social gatherings are not permitted at the house so please consider this carefully before booking.

Parking is on street but there is an arrangement for guests to park cars at The Star Car Wash which is about three to four minutes walk away in Darlinghurst Rd. For the nominal cost of $20 per day guests can leave their vehicles there and come and go as they please.
