Locality

Just 45 minutes south of Hobart in the heart of the beautiful Huon Valley and the prestine South of Tasmania.
Our propery is excellently located 5 minutes from Cygnet, famous for its Folk Festival in January each year. Here you will also find some terrific Cafes/Restaurants and Galleries.
Many wineries are located within an easy drive and some First-class Pinot Noir can be sampled at their cellar doors.
Visit Peppermint Bay, a world class establishment with a restaurant/bar overlooking Bruny Island.
The Bruny Island ferry leaves from Kettering, only 15 minutes away and a wonderful opportunity to explore this wonderful island with its great produce.
There are many wonderful walks around this part of Tasmania boasting often stunning waterviews or spectacular mountainviews.
