"What an idyllic setting to start your holiday! The living area and main bedroom have sweeping views down to the water where you can see sailing boats tacking up the bay. The Retreat is spacious with luxurious bedrooms and everything you need for a self-contained break. There is no clutter outside to spoil the view. At night you can marvel at the star-studded sky. Our hosts were very friendly, but did not intrude on our privacy. Would love to go back."

"We found the property very comfortable and enjoyed the selection of DVDs at night. The immediate location was good - not far from Cygnet and well-placed for lots of interesting visits. But above all, is the truly amazing view from the windows (and outside!) - the inlet, the surroundings, the boats bobbing on the water. If you did nothing but just sit and look, you'd be relaxed in no time. And the oysters and mussels! Family members cooked up a meal of mussels straight from the water's edge! There was plenty of room to move in the unit and around the verandahs."
