1st (top) level is the entry via timber balcony to the modern and well equipped kitchen, dining and lounge areas with glass doors opening on to a balcony on two sides with spectacular views.

Lounge is beautifully furnished and includes a flat screen T.V, surround sound system. This level also has a powder room & is air conditioned. (if doors are kept closed this air conditioner will cool all three levels of house)

2nd level (downstairs) Has a Master bedroom with queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite bathroom including shower and spa bath which boasts north-east view to the ocean, ceiling fan and screened/glass doors leading to balcony with views.

2nd bedroom has a single bed with trundle, built in robes and ceiling fan and screened/glass doors to balcony.

3rd bedroom has a double bed, built in robes and ceiling fan and also has screened/glass doors that lead to the balcony. Also on this level is the 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet.

3rd (lowest)level has the laundry with washer and dryer, outdoor clothesline as well as a 2nd living area with T.V, surround sound stereo, bar fridge & 2 single sofa beds. Also has balcony with view and small bathroom with toilet and shower.

Beach access to Currumbin Alley and beach can be gained from all levels via stairs and pathway.

Coolangatta airport 5-7 mins drive

Linen for up to 8 guests is provided as as well as basic items including some cleaning products, soap and toilet paper. It is the guests' responsibility to purchase their own supplies once these have run out

Parking is available for 4wd vehicles in private driveway, or for sedans etc., parking can be found at the top of the driveway. House has interior and exterior stairs and does not have wheelchair access.

Anybody who is looking for a holiday in the Gold Coast and is looking for some fantastic accommodation which is head and shoulders above the rest needs
to look no further than 23 Katta Avenue, Currumbin! We had some family over
from the UK and took them up there for a weeks holiday from Sydney, what can
we say.. The place is fantastic, it has beautiful views of Currumbin beach
and Gold Coast beach and skyline. It has all the mod cons required for your
stay to be extra special. The living area which opens up completely revealing the extra large balcony where many a night was spent BBQ'ing and enjoying the views was where we spent most of our time. This whole wonderful holiday was made that little bit more special as the owners Michael and
Sally and their great children we so accommodating and friendly. When we are
back up in the Gold Coast we will be sure to return there!'
