Holiday house

Currarong Waterfront Retreat is a pleasent 2.5 hours drive from Sydney, 1.5 hours from wollongong and 3 hours from canberra. Be one of the few to experience the timeless appeal of an Australian Summer House Vacation on the foreshore of Currarong.

The house and Cabin;

House; The House has 2 Bedrooms with Queen beds and Full water views, Gallery Style kitchen that leads out to a covered courtyard complete with a BBQ facility and Dining setting.

One bathroom, One ensuite, 2 Toilets, and a fully equipped Kitchen and laundry. The main lounge area enjoys expansive views and although a large screen TV is provided, most of your time will be spent taking in the views.

Semi detatched Cabin; The Cabin Offers a Queen Bed, Ensuite plus a sitting/Lounge room with TV, DVD & Video. An adjacent bedroom with two single bunk beds.

A large shaded verandah is on the ocean side of the House and is a great place to enjoy the drinks at sunset, plus we have a covered courtyard to give protection from the afternoon seabreeze and to enjoy alfresco dining year round.

The most relaxing holiday we have had in years.

Arrived in paridise, daughter over the moon at her own room with queen bed and ocean views. Kids very excited at staying in there own cabin set up exclusivly for them to have there own space.

Would recommend this beautiful place to any one to unwind, will definitly be back soon.

Attractions

While at Currarong Waterfront Retreat;

Watch the Whales that frequent the south coast waters between September and November and at times can be viewed from the lounge area of Currarong Waterfront Retreat. Dolphins and the occasional Seal appear all year round. Kangaroos, Bunnies, Kookaburra's, Possums and colourful Parrots will interest the children.

Excellent Fishing and Game Fishing from the Famous Sir Joseph Banks Region. Enjoy Kayacking, windsurfing, Surfing, rock/reef exploring, swim in the salt water rock pool or at Bosom Beach, Scuba Dive, Snorkel, or just lay on the grassy reserve and watch the waves roll in. Explore the famous Booderee National Park, visit Honeymoon Bay, Surf at "Target" a local surf break attraction.

Currarong info

The Town of Currarong is a quiet coastal and well known holiday destination. The town has a local small supermarket, Cafe's and Pasta & Seafood shop, Local Club that often holds childrens Disco nights during the school holidays and also has a good bistro.

The property will accept pets upon request and a fully fenced front yard and a lockable porch area is provided, the local beaches are also pet friendly. as pets must be kept outside, conditions and refundable bond may apply.

During Summer school Holidays, official long weekends and easter a flat rate applies for the house and East Wing unless otherwise approved.

For other periods Currarong waterfront Retreat can be booked for guest requiring the house only or house and Cabin, tariffs are some times negotible depending on booking type, season and avalibility.

Please note Mid-week bookings may be limited to min 3 nights. Weekend and mid-week bookings during peak or shoulder season will be at the discretion of the owner.

Guests must supply their own linen and Towels although a hire service is available at an additional cost. Doonas, pillows are provided.
