Manly,to the south, is just minutes away by car or bus as are the cafes and restaurants lining the foreshore of Dee Why to the north.

This contemporary, resort-style residence is set over 2 expansive levels. The ground floor entry level accommodates the over-sized indoor and outdoor living areas. The main living and dining areas are open to the beautiful kitchen, complete with Gaggenau appliances. The 2nd living area can be closed off with glass sliders and over-looks the 6m x 4m solar-heated pool. The outside timber deck areas also offers dining for 8, a gas BBQ and heated spa. All this is set in a lush, tropical garden setting rivaling any 5-star resort. Upstairs are the 4 large bedrooms. The master suite is complete with queen bed, a spacious en-suite bathroom, and private deck over-looking the pool area and beyond to the parkland and district. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed while the 3rd and 4th bedrooms have singles. These three bedrooms share the use of the stylish family bathroom with full bath, separate shower & toilet.

When you do decide to tear yourselves away from the home, Manly is only a short 5-10 minute car or bus drive from the property. Here you'll find an abundance of restaurants and eateries along with attractions for the kids including Manly Waterworks, a movie theatre and Manly Aquarium. Don't forget, Sydney harbour and the CBD are only a 20-30 minute ferry ride from Manly Wharf so sightseeing is a breeze.
