Easily able to accommodate 2 families or 8 guests this beautiful beach-side residence features 4 double bedrooms, 2 living areas plus upstairs sitting room, a separate dining area, 3 bathrooms plus a 10m pool and large alfresco entertaining patio. The ultra modern sleek kitchen features Smeg and Ilve appliances, one and a half ovens and a gas cooktop. This kitchen area opens out to the family room which flows out to the entertaining deck with gas BBQ and fully enclosed sparkling pool. A separate formal living area and dining room at the front of the house means that everyone has their own space. The Master Suite with queen bed and ensuite is on the ground level entry floor along with an over-sized tiled bathroom. Upstairs houses the other 3 large bedrooms all appointed with ceiling fan. Two rooms have double beds and the third has a king single with trundle. The third bathroom is also upstairs along with an informal sitting area, perfect for reading a book or just relaxing quietly.

Whether your trip to Sydney's Northern Beaches is to lie on the beach or visit the sights, this home "ticks all the boxes". Simply stroll down and across the road to the beach for a surf at Curl Curl Beach. Maybe that's too strenuous and a leisurely dip in your own pool is more what you're after? Famous Manly Beach is only 5-10 minutes by car or bus (bus stop only a 1 minute walk from the fron door!)and from there Sydney Harbour and CBD is a ferry ride away. Great restaurants and cafes are easily accessible too, with Dee Why being only 5 minutes further north or Freshwater Village 5 minutes south.
