The property is fully equipped with all mod-cons. It has two bedrooms: the main bedroom has a Queen bed and built-ins, the second bedroom has three single beds with built-ins.
Spacious lounge and dining room; bright kitchen; garage; enclosed and safe grassed courtyard.
Fully equiped kitchen, with dishwasher and all cooking utensils.
Gas barbeque, outdoor seating and umbrella.

Locality

1 minute walk to Warrain Beach, which is a beautiful, clean, surfing beach. Also 1 minute walk to Culburra beach, which has a very safe children segment, with little waves and shallow waters.
1 minute drive to Woolumboola Lake, which is a bird sanctuary and tranquil lake where you can also land your kayak in all safety.
