Holiday house

"Summer Place" will provide those lazy hazy days all year round. The beach is only a short walk, 240 footsteps, through the sand hills. Strolling on the golden sands, swimming (a patrolled beach, during summer holidays, is a few hundred metres south) or fishing will make a memorable holiday.

When it's hot the shady deck beckons, alternativly the north facing courtyard provides warmth and shelter when needed. BBQ's under the trees in the fenced yard will please everyone.

Planned for families, "Summer Place" has an open design for all activities, yet allows you to escape to your own personal quiet space.

The three bedroom layout makes this home ideal for the family (or two) or to bring along friends. In a quiet location with ample off street parking and a double garage you have room for your boat.

Local boat ramps (five minutes away) provide access to the Crookhaven and Shoalhaven rivers and to the open sea.

Casual and luxurious at the same time, you can relax and enjoy the sound of the waves.

Loved the location, the children could ride the bicycles to the shops and walk down to the beach. So quiet, listened to frogs croaking and the waves as we sat in the courtyard under the biggest milkyway and stars I've seen. Jill

Peaceful base to explore the Jervis Bay, watch for whales, bush walk through the escarpment and still have time for a spot of fishing or swimming.

Golf courses at Nowra are minutes away and the local bowling and recreation club is a ten minute walk.
