Separate downstairs rumpus room for the kids, with TV, DVD and games

Upstairs enjoy tree top views to the ocean from your huge deck, complete with gas BBQ and outdoor setting. Sing along with your own bird symphony right up in the trees

New kitchen and quality appliances mean you won't be missing any of the comforts of home- right down to the espresso machine, and dishwasher.

Lounge room upstairs has TV, including cable, DVD and stereo, with fabulous leather lounge suite to laze on. Wood fire, gas heater, and mohair throws to keep you cosy in winter.

New en suite bathroom for master bedroom, plus second bathroom, with laundry, including washer and dryer

Three bedrooms, plus study, sleeps 8, plus port-a-cot.

Study has computer, for those who still need contact with the office

Ceiling fans in all rooms, and new screens to keep out summer's nasties

Fully fenced all round for security, with a huge garden. All this makes an ideal location for all the family, including the furry members, to have a relaxing holiday, year after year.

Locality

Culburra Beach is 2 1/2 hours south of Sydney, just before Jervis Bay. It is a quiet unspoilt little town, just the place to take a break from city life

A great surf beach, plus a family friendly more enclosed beach mean all members of the family are catered for.

Your dogs will love their morning walk along the beach, and the children will love the myriad shells to be collected
Lake Wollumboola is a haven for birdwatchers, and is a short walk from the house

Dolphins and whales are sometimes seen off the beach a few minutes walk from the house, during whale watching season in winter
