Cottage, Holiday house, Fibro weekender

Seashells is a fully furnished holiday house with great ocean & area views. Wake to the sound of the ocean and enjoy the sunrise over the ocean or the sunset over the district & river. The house is fully self contained-all you need to bring is your own sheets,pillowcases,towels and teatowels (linen packs can also be provided for an additional charge). Downstairs is a room with day beds & table tennis - great for non beach days. A great location for a beachside break. Relax & enjoy!

Locality

Culburra Beach is located 2.5hrs south of Sydney & 20mins east of Nowra.Culburra is surrounded by water with two beaches(Warrain and Culburra),Lake Wollumboola,Curleys Bay and the mouth of the Shoalhaven River. There is a combined bike/walking path to a variety of shops and eateries as well as Culburra Bowling Club.

Seashells has a combined open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area with two separate bedrooms & a bathroom. Downstairs is a table tennis room with day beds and laundry with second toilet and bath. There are water views (ocean or river) from every room. Seashells is a great place to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Rooms and rates

Low season rates are $135 per night. Shoulder season is $150 per night with a peak season weekly rate of $1540. Maximum 6 occupants at all times. For each booking a once off cleaning fee of $70 is payable. Christmas holidays have a minimum weekly booking period (arrivals & departures scheduled for Saturdays) all other school holidays have a 3 night minimum. Linen can be supplied at an additional cost of $15 per person for your stay.
