The double volume living and dining areas on the ground floor have full 180 degree views of the beach immediately in front of the house. Wrap around decks, Victorian ash floorboards throughout, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, coffee machine, Ilve oven and stove, Miele dishwasher, large fridge, barbecue, Japanese bath that opens to views, inside/outside bathrooms, and other exciting design features. Fabulous native garden.

Dolphins regularly visit Culburra Beach and can be easily viewed from the house. Perfectly flat games lawn off living area for volley ball, boules or shuttlecock. The entire house captures the sun all day long so it's warm even in winter. Cool breezes from the beach in summer. Linen service available which includes white Egyptian cotton sheets and towels. $150 clean fee for both pavilions or $100 for the use of just one.

Great ocean views from every room including from the Japanese bath, which also opens to kitchen and living rooms using custom sliding door system. Soak there while you chat and sip a martini to kick off the evening. You can shower in both bathrooms with doors open facing the ocean horizon if you like. Private grounds allow it, but wear your swimming costume if you prefer. Games lawn off inside/outside living area for sunbathing or volleyball, shuttlecock or boules.

Feels a million miles away from the city but it's not far to go. Lots of special spaces in this house. Kids love the bunkroom. Each bed has its own window, curtain and reading light. The kids have their own TV and DVD player. Adults love the special loft king room with views over the ocean to headlands. The guest bedroom has its own deck and special bathroom. All bedrooms have their own TVs. Great kitchen with high end appliances.

The whole house has a very special and exciting feel. Designed to have a fabulous relaxed, beach holiday atmosphere. Not at all like a suburban house.

We won't offer you cheap champagne to entice you to book or make you feel special on arrival. (Cheap champagne doesn't make anyone feel special anyway and when you see the dolphins surfing out the front you'll feel very special.) We just provide the things you actually need to feel welcome and be comfortable for your entire stay..... things like hammocks and plenty of dishwasher pellets so you don't have to dash to the shops on the second day!
