Lemon lime and bitters is a delightful 1960s fibro located a short stroll from the sands of Culburra Beach. Whilst reminiscent of yesteryear beach holidays the house is furnished and equipped with all the modern necessities for your holiday comfort.
The home is located in a quiet street on a massive grassed lawn. The beach is a minute away at the end of the street where there is a private (street) beach entry. The lake is a short stroll the other way or you can walk to town in around five minutes.
Three bedrooms house a maximum of seven to eight people. The main bedroom has a superbly comfortable king sized bed that will make you think you are sleeping on clouds. You will have the best sleep you have had in years! The second room, right next door to the main room, accommodates a maximum of three with a bunk bed ensemble and a single bed. An annexed third bedroom offers a teens or adults retreat with a brand new quality king bed, an extra single for an eighth person or young child (if needed), a TV with Austar, DVD and CD player.
All beds are made with quality 100% cotton bed linen so you don't have to lug yours from home or make beds as soon as you arrive. Just bring your own towels.
Your furry friends have their own beds too. There are two large metal framed suspended canvas beds with dedicated doggie blankets to keep them warm and comfy.
The gorgeous brand new bathroom has a bath that also allows for showering, as well as a toilet. Instantaneous hot water means you will never be forced to have a cold shower. There is also a second toilet and laundry with washer and dryer.
The house offers lots of room to lounge around. There is a TV, DVD and CD player with an extensive DVD library.
The brand new kitchen is well equipped with a new fan forced free standing range, dishwasher, microwave and all you will need for cooking and dining. We are well equipped for doggy dining too.
Outside there is a large north facing timber deck and an outdoor dining setting for six people.

Property

Culburra Beach is two and a half hours from Sydney but feels like a world away. Choose from two beaches or take one of many day trips around the area.
