Holiday house

With your own private path leading directly to the water's edge and a short stroll to sandy beaches, this is the perfect beach retreat. Set in a quiet cul-de-sac between Warrain and Culburra beaches, and only 5 minutes from Lake Wollumboola, you can enjoy an active beach holiday or simply relax and unwind. The backyard, with its breathtaking panoramic view spanning both the north and south coast lines, provides the perfect vantage point for dolphin and whale watching (dolphins all year round, whales in Sept/Oct). This house is ideal for families and friends.

4 bedrooms - sleeps 8. 2 bedrooms with ocean views.
Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with microwave and dishwasher.
Separate dinning area.
Living area with TV, DVD, CD player.
Rear courtyard - perfect for entertaining and complete with BBQ, outdoor furniture, sweeping ocean views and a grassy, fenced backyard area - safe for toddlers and pets.

Off street parking for 2 cars. On street parking available.

Activities - 10 minute walk to Warrain Beach (ideal for surfing) and Culburra Beach. 5 minutes to Lake Wollumboola (enjoy sailing, windsurfing and waterskiing). Close to RSL club, Chinese restaurant, pizza restaurant and coffee shop. Half hour drive to Kangaroo Valley and Berry.

Additional costs: Cleaning is $150 including linen.
Bond (refundable): $500
