Holiday house

The large open plan tiled living areas spill onto a large balcony featuring a gas BBQ, whilst the back decks and fully fenced yard provides additional space for children and pets.

All new furniture and fittings
This quality home features a gourmet kitchen with brand new appliances, large screen TV, video/DVD and stereo CD. Upstairs are two good sized queen bedrooms, each with bathroom, the master includes a spa for two. The downstairs bedrooms contain a duo bunk and single bunk with trundle, and there is an additional bathroom and separate laundry.

The property is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, just 80 metres from the pet friendly sands of Culburra surf beach. Be lulled by the sound of the waves whilst sleeping or relaxing outdoors - a perfect family holiday or romantic getaway just 2 1/2 hours drive from Sydney.

Thanks for a lovely holiday. We all had a great time, including the dogs. We especially enjoyed the easy beach access and the extensive al fresco dining areas. The house is very modern and comfortable and the well-equipped kitchen was much appreciated for carrying out some serious cooking. David and Kathy, November 2006.

Locality

Dogs are welcome on Culburra Beach, on leash between 8 am and 4 pm, otherwise off leash under control. Benjamin's Beach House caters for well-behaved dogs, but please keep out of bedrooms, upstairs bathrooms and off furnishings and curtains. The back yard is fenced with locked side gates and kennel and trampoline are provided. Please bring own bedding for pets who normally sleep indoors.
