Recently renovated and furnished to a high standard, very private and located in a quiet leafy area. The Mt Dandenong Ranges and Yarra Valley wineries are a short drive away. Eastlink freeway is a seven minute drive away which has direct links to the city or down to the Mornington Peninsula.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION:

Master bedroom: king size bed, two bedside tables, double wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Second bedroom: queen size bed, two bedside tables, single wardrobe and chest of drawes.

Third bedroom/home office: king single bed, chest of drawers and a large desk. This bedroom is a combination bedroom/home office. Full use of unlimited high speed wireless cable broadband and an office phone where unlimited local telephone calls can be made.


OTHER FEATURES:

Large front and back yards, the latter being fully fenced, ideal for pets and great for kids. There is an undercover patio with an outdoor setting and gas barbeque provided.

The lounge room has a leather lounge suite, LCD TV, blue ray DVD player, surround sound home theatre system where you can also play music from your mobile phone or any bluetooth enabled device. There is a selection of blue ray DVD movies and board games for your use.

Fully equiped kitchen with a Tasmanian oak dining setting. Child friendly dinnerware is provided and a portacot and high chair are available if needed. The laundry contains a washing machine and dryer, the house has air conditioning and heating.

The rate is all inclusive and includes good quality cotton linen (including towels).
