Friendly apartment located opposite Shelly Park and Beach. Relax or check the waves from the balcony, walk to the cafes and restaurants.

Bright and sunny, quality furniture and bedding, well equipped kitchen and washing machine, balcony with outdoor setting and barbecue ... Small and quiet apartment block.

Corner shop and restaurant within 200 m. Bus stop: 50 m. Walking distance to Cronulla shopping plaza, cafes, restaurants and train station to Sydney. Ferry to Bundeena Royal National Park. Several rock pools and patrolled beaches within walking distance.

Live at the beach and work in the city or enjoy a relaxing beach holiday.

For long term rental, the second bedroom can be converted into a study, if required.
