We have just completed renovations to these three lovely units in two small blocks of 6. Two units are on the first floor and one is on the ground floor of the block next door. All have 2 bedrooms, lounge/dining room with TV & DVD player & bright kitchen. Two have new bathroom, one with spa bath, two have internal laundry facilities, two have air conditioning. Only one street back from beautiful North Cronulla beach, 50 metres from surf club. Minutes walk to all Cronulla's cafes, restuarants, cinemas, nightspots & shops. Single car space included with each unit.
LocalityCronulla is situated on the southern outskirts of Sydney in the beautiful Sutherland Shire, which is bordered by rivers, the famous Royal National Park as well as the coastline. The only Sydney beach on a direct trainline to the city, Cronulla is only 45 minutes by train or car to the CBD, less to Sydney airport. Cronulla is well known for its many and varied cafes and restaurants. A cinema complex is less than 5 minutes walk from our unit. Day trips could include visits to Cook's historic landing place at Kurnell, a ferry trip to Bundeena beach, or an easy drive to the spectacular Illawarra escarpment.
