Cottage, Holiday house, Fibro weekender

After a day fishing ,surfing or just exploring ,relax on the balcony overlooking 1.2 hectares native bush. At dusk guests may be treated to a visit by the local kangaroos.
The Cottage offers 2 bedrooms , a cosy living area with wood heater for the colder months and air conditioning when the weather heats up.
Explore the property and experience the wildlife or just sit back and relax.
Property available for longer term rentals , maybe you are in the area on work, in between sales ,or testing the 'Sea Change' waters (special rates available on application)

Locality

We are just a short drive to Crescent Head - Beaches, Country club, Foodworks & Tavern

- Why not escape the holiday crowds each evening?

The Cottage is situated on 1.2 hectares semi cleared bushland. Property is not fenced.
Local traffic only- so very peaceful.

Full kitchen - 2 door refridgerator,microwave,all crockery, cutlery,cookware, small amount of pantry items and cleaning supplies.

HD digital TV , DVD player with iPod dock and a small collection of DVDs

4 burner GAS BBQ.

Fully automatic washing machine,washing powder supplied.

Internal bathroom ,shower, toilet, basin( no bath).

Internal laundry area.

Keyless entry - allows flexibility of arrival.
