Ground level consists of a combined loungedining area complete with dining table for 6, a spacious living area with 2 lounges,reverse cycle air-con, TV & DVD. Spacious fully equipped kitchen consisting of wall oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, bench seating & good size fridge .
Adjacent the kitchen is the rear fully enclosed court-yard with an outdoor table and seating for up to 6 with landscaped boarder garden. A separate toilet services the ground level. Interlay laundry with top loading washing machine, clothes dryer and tub. Direct access down 1 flight of stairs to 2 secure undercover car spaces.

The first floor offers the bedrooms all of which have built-ins; the main bedroom has a magnificent queen size sleigh bed with matching side tables and chest of drawers. Reverse cycle air-con, walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom with a shower and wc. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms both have double size beds, built-ins and one room additionally has a desk & chair. Good size main bathroom withshower, separate bath& wc.
The attic reveals a wonderful retreat complete with a further two lounges and TV.
Max. 5 min walk to Military Rd, Neutral Bay where all essential services are found including the closest major supermarket being within 200 metres of the property. Public transport busses depart pre 5 minute intervals in peak periods to the city, North Sydney, Chatswood and the other way to the Northern Beaches including Manly and Palm Beach. If driving this property is a 5 min trip away from the city, yet has all the Lower North Shore has to offer at your door step; parks, headland walks, zoo, beaches, amenities and convenience.
