"Peaceful, right on a babbling brook, great views. Only disappointment was not seeing Norman the platypus, maybe next time. Fridge fully stocked, port and chockys. Anna and Gary great hosts. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

It was great to be greeted by the ducks at the Cottage. Elixa Cottage was of a great standard and sorry that we could not have stayed there longer to relax."

"Had a lovely time at this little cottage, it was wonderfully quiet except for the ducks early in the morning! Cottage was clean, well presented and perfect for a base for two people wanting to explore the area. Breakfast provisions were waiting for us in the cottage, bacon, eggs and bread! Spa bath was definitely big enough for two!"

"My husband and myself had an absolutely lovely time. It is a very special place. The dinners which are catered that you can order are delivered to your room and were wonderful. There are lovely gardens, and the rooms a beautifully decorated. We would certainly stay there again."

"our crabtree stayover was the best overnight experience i have ever had! absolute romance in a bush setting everything was just perfect. our hosts where wonderful and our river setting was amazing. have reccomended crabtree to freinds who are in the process of booking and we will stay there again.
