Holiday house

Open plan living and dining area including a wood fire (wood provided for up to 2 fires) plus large undercover verandah and floodlit bbq area offers inside and outside entertainment.. A large cedar cubby hut is provided for the children or can be used as a quiet retreat. Lovely maintained gardens, fenced ideal for children and pets.Double lock up garage very secure for cars and bikes and pets. Close to Cowes and walking distance to the beach and boat ramp.
**Not available for Tough Mudder**
**Please note we do not accommodate schoolies**

A bond is required on all bookings and is refunded after a satisfactory inspection on departure.

Doonas and pillows provided.
Linen hire is available and includes;Towels, Sheets(fitted and flat), pillow cases and doona covers.
