'Sunny Days' is located in central Cowes and in the perfect position for any guest that wants to park the car and not drive anywhere for their stay.

Take the 80 metre stroll and enjoy a coffee or restaurant and then continue to the safe swimming bay located only a few more steps away.

The house is newly renovated and fully furnished with brand new appliances and everything you will ever need including DVD, stereo, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and hairdryer. We even have games, puzzles, a range of new books and magazines for you to relax on the verandah or curl up inside and read. The house features R/C airconditioning to ensure you are always comfortable, even in winter.

For the serious sports fanatic a 40" LCD is in the lounge so you can watch all the replays of the great racing events Phillip Island has to offer.

If you feel the need to cook a home cooked meal then the kitchen is set up to meet all requirements of any 'chef'.

Sit back in the house and enjoy all that it has to offer and watch the world pass by and savour the jealous looks of people wishing they secured a holiday house so close to central Cowes.
