Situated in a quiet street, and walking distance (1.2km)from stunning Red Rocks and Ventnor beaches ;and close to Anchorage General Store, this property is the perfect getaway location.

Sleeping up to 10, this very well equipped, fully fenced home has the family in mind and features a user-friendly kitchen, open-plan dining area, polished floorboards, carpeted bedrooms, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, additional bar fridge, reverse cycle heating&cooling, wood fired coonara and hydronic heating in the main bedrooms. Entertainment options include a sound system, DVD, and 40" HD TV. Outside features include off-street parking, large rear deck, gas BBQ, 8 person dining setting - perfect for alfresco eating, and banana lounges to chill out on.

Cowes CBD, the race track, local walks, the Nobbies and Penguins are all only a short drive away.
Apart from the popular Red Rocks and Ventnor Beaches, other great spots to explore and swim are also close by. This property is perfectly suited to Families.
