The unit is located approx 400m from the Cowes swimming beach. The unit is situated in a complex which has a solar heated inground pool.

Holiday unit, Self-contained apartment

Fully self contained unit with 2 bedrooms. Main bedroom contains a double bed, second bedroom contains 1 set of bunks. Double pull out sofabed with innerspring mattress in the family living area. Sleeps a maximum of 6 people however unit is ideally suited for say 2 adults and up to 4 children or up to 5 adults. Bathroom with shower/bath and washing machine. 26'' LCD TV with inbuilt dvd player in family living area. PS2 (chipped) with 8 games (bring additional PS2 games with you). Solar heated in ground pool , children's playground and outdoor BBQ available to all guests. **Please Note** The Unit is not suitable for schoolies as many families and couples stay at the complex as it has a quiet relaxing atmosphere and the facilities incorporate a playground for children. Accordingly we are unable to accommodate schoolies.
