This apartment is on the third level of a 17 apartment complex with a balcony overlooking the waterfront and offers the very best in luxury comforts away from home. Close to the main street. This glamorous apartment is fully secured and comfortable. Pay TV available. Ideal for couple or family. Porta Cot is also available.

Locality

This apartment is on the third floor with a balcony overlooking the waterfront at Cowes.
It is a short walk to shops, restaurants, Coles supermarket, post office, bakery, butcher etc.

Phillip Island is a 90min drive from Melbourne and offers a range of attractions which include:- Penguin Parade,Seal Rocks, Koala Conservation Centre.

Family Activities on the island also include Mini Golf, Ten Pin Bowling, Wildlife Coast Cruises, Scenic Helicopter flights, Rhyll Fishing Park, winery, A MazeNThings, Indy GoKarts, Churchill Island Farmers Markets (4th Sat of every month), Cowes Craft Market (2nd Saturday of every month).

Phillip Island also hosts international Motorcycle and Car racing events. The Motorcycle Grand Prix and Super Bike Championship and V8 Supercar events are all held here. Visit the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit Visitor Centre.

3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and separate laundry (with washer, dryer and wash basin), 2 car parking in underground lock up and lift access from the basement direct to your floor. It is fitted with modern fixtures and furnishings for your comfort and security. Property features - Split system.

Private 3rd floor balcony with ocean views, outdoor setting and gas bottle BBQ.
Open plan living with Plasma pay-TV, Video, DVD & Stereo and airconditioning.
Kitchen is complete with dishwasher, cooktop, oven, double sink, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities and refrigerator.

All bedding is supplied including pillows, doonas, doona covers and blankets.
Linen is NOT supplied, so you will need to provide your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases and towels. (Linen is available - surcharge applies).
