Recently Built!! Modern, comfortable furnishings and fittings.

Ideal for a couple or family. Quiet area. Sleeps up to 8 - queen bed in master bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom and 2 bunk beds in third bedroom. Porta cot available.

Ensuite and main bathroom with full size bath.

Features include family size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.

There is a full HD LCD TV and DVD player with stereo in the living area as well as TV's and DVD players in two of the bedrooms.

Adjoining covered verandah with BBQ and outdoor setting. Fully enclosed yard.

Double lock up garage with remote control door and direct access to the Townhouse. Drive way area also available suitable for extra car or boat.

Table tennis table and air hockey table in the garage.

All bedding is supplied including pillows, doonas, doona covers and blankets.

Linen is NOT supplied so you need to provide your own top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels. We provide teatowels and bathmats. (Linen available - surcharge applies)

Walking distance to shops and main beach. Immediate vacinity of supermarket, bottle shop, restaurants, Medical Centre and trash and treasure market.
