10 minute walk to main street. 3 minute walk to beach. 3 doors from general store. Close to tennis courts and oval.

3 bedroom (1x Queen 1x Queen, 2 x singles), 2 bathrooms, SLUG, BBQ, 2 courtyards, HeatingAC, T.VDVDStereo, fully contained kitchen and laundry.

Only a short walk to the main strip and all it has to offer. Plenty of shops and restaurants. Also located close to the beach and school. Only a drive away from Phillip islands Grand Prix track and Go Carting.

This property suits both family holidays aswell as business and quite romantic getaways.
