Located in a garden setting just 150m from the beach and 300m from the town centre, Holmwood is ideally suited for couples and groups alike. The nightly Penguin Parade is only a 10 minute drive away, and other attractions are within easy reach.

Welcome to Holmwood, a stylish retreat offering you three different accommodation options:
=Traditional B&B hospitality with privacy and elegance in the guesthouse (max 2 persons per room, not suitable for children under 12).
=Secluded self-catering accommodation in our stylish, contemporary spa cottages (max 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children per cottage).
=Seaside Studio, a budget self-catering accommodation option for up to 4 persons (provided you're not taller than 1.9m! (due to its design)).
All s/c accommodation comes with linen and towels provided, kitchenette, HDTV with DVD player, HiFi, as well as complimentary broadband internet connection (BYO ethernet cable!).

This is an excellent way to have a short and relaxing break for couples or small groups. Note however that for large family groups with a number of children Holmwood may not be suitable, especially since the guesthouse itself does not offer self-catering facilities.

Location

Holmwood is set on a quiet, tree lined street, just a few minutes walk from Phillip Island's main town of Cowes and its golden North facing beaches, which are excellent for swimming and tanning.
A wide variety of cafes, shops and restaurants are nearby, as are a couple of supermarkets for our guests in the cottages or studio who prefer to do their own thing!
The cottage garden is a haven for a large number of birds, and the colour plentiful.

Accommodation options

Guesthouse:
Indulge in one of our luxury rooms, and relax by the open fire in the guestlounge in winter. All rooms are fully appointed with coffee, tea, HDTV, airconditioning and complimentary WiFi broadband. A full cooked breakfast is included in the tariff.
Cottages:
Relax by the wood fire (winter only), sink into the double spa and listen to the birds in your private courtyard. Both cottages are fully appointed with kitchenette, dining, airconditioning and complimentary broadband access.
Seaside Studio:
Downstairs small lounge, kitchenette, bathroom, 3rd bedroom (SGL), upstairs loft double bed and 2nd bedroom (SGL). Courtyard with BBQ. Compact but cute and comfy, and still in a great location. Not suitable for persons taller than 1.9m!
