Holiday house

A "Shebeen" was an illegal drinking house in old Ireland.

Comfortable, roomy house; games of cricket in the big back yard; evenings spent on the deck having a BBQ; walk to the beach via bush and beach tracks. Only minutes drive to shops, restaurants and attractions

4 bedrooms ( 2 x QS, 1 X DB, 2 sets of bunks (4 singles) + 2 bed settees

1 x large bathroom incl. shower & toilet, vanity etc

Retro kitchen with electric stove, microwave, large fridge/freezer, toaster, cutlery, crockery for 12, extendable dining table.

Locality

Quiet location in Cowes West, near Red Rocks Beach and Anderson St Boat Ramp.

The property backs directly onto to the Cowes foreshore reserve, with an 8 minute walk via bush tracks leading you to the beautiful calm waters of Red Rocks Beach.

Great for swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, canoeing, fishing etc.

Watch out for the wallabies thru the reserve & the endangered hooded plover rookery when you get to the beach.

Covered deck, some bedding provided but best to bring your dog's own bedding. Small kennel available. Dogs allowed on leash on local beach (with time restrictions in Summer). Off leash beach at Ventnor. Excessive barking will result in being asked to leave. All droppings to be cleaned up before leaving.
