This property is fantastically located near the heart of Cowes being only a short walk to main street shops and beautiful foreshore of Cowes Beach.
Beautifully fitted out with all new furniture and fittings. The main living is downstairs with open plan living, dining and kitchen.
The lounge area has modern comfortable sofas with flat screen tv and dvd player. There is split system heating and cooling. Extendable dining setting for 8 and a well equipped state of the art kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher and microwave. Plenty of salad bowls, platters etc for alfresco dining in the private fully fenced courtyard. the double garage is available and there is a laundry in the garage with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The bbq is electric and there is an outdoor setting stored in the garage.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with a bathroom between the two rooms and the third bedroom is upstairs with an ensuite and its own split system heating and cooling.
A perfect location for your next family holiday, weekend getaway or during track events.
