Holiday house

Immaculately presented luxury beach house. Relax and enjoy the comfort. Upstairs the spacious open plan kitchen/ living/dining area extends out to a gorgeous north facing entertainment area overlooking the reserve. Very peaceful and private. Upstairs master bedroom has a substantial en-suite with spa bath, shower and walk in robe. Downstairs 3 further bedrooms, one queen and one with a set of bunks, one with single bed and trundle, 2nd bathroom and separate laundry. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and backs onto a nature reserve. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Red Rocks beach offers safe swimming for young children. Property features plasma TV with DVD and in built speaker system. Reverse Cycle heating and cooling, Large woodburner and outdoor BBQ. Well stocked kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, numerous utensils, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans etc.

Locality

Visit Phillip Island and experience Australian wildlife in it's natural habitat with penguins, seals, koalas and birds. Take to the track at the Grand Prix Circuit or watch the Australian Motorbike Grand Prix, World Superbikes or V8 Supercars. See the island from the skies on a helicopter tour. Cowes has beautiful beaches with fine sand that face north onto Western Port and views of French Island and the Mornington Peninsula. In town you'll find art exhibitions, craft and souvenir shops and a cinema. An 18 hole golf course, lawn bowling, indoor tenpin bowling, crazy golf, and an outdoor water slide are a few other attractions to be found in Cowes. Sheltered swimming beaches ideal for small children. Other attractions on the island include A Maze n Things, Fishing Charters, Wildlife Cruises, Chocolate factory, Penguin Parade, Koala Conservation Centre, Farmer's Market at Churchill Island, Cowes Night Market, Surf Competitions and the Phillip Island Jazz festival to name a few.
