Holiday house, Spa

This is the ideal getaway, giving you many reasons to stay at home and relax, or use as a base for trips to Cowes and other island attractions/events.

The beach house comfortably sleeps 5 and is well equipped, offering TV, DVD, VCR, HiFi with CD/MP3, reverse cycle air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave, cooking facilities, washing machine, ironing facilities and high chair.

The backyard is fully fenced, providing privacy, safety for children and accommodation for the family pet. Enjoy the spa, play pool or table tennis, cook up a BBQ or sit and read a book on the back deck while enjoying the quiet surrounds. Small children will love the sandpit and swing /slide.

The property is located in a no through road and lovely Redrocks Beach is only a 400 metre walk away. Access to the beach is through a lovely bush path, exciting for the kids and pets. Redrocks beach is a favourite with locals, it has both lovely swimming areas and at low tide fun rock pools. Cowes is a 5 min drive or a brisk 30 min walk along the beach.

The double garage provides ample room for cars, motorbikes or a small boat, in addition to off-street parking.

No schoolies

Locality

The property is a short drive to Cowes shops and restaurants and not much further to see koalas, penguins and seals. Besides the ever popular beaches, kids will enjoy Amaze'N Things, farm animals on Churchill Island, the chocolate factory, ten pin bowling and more. For motorbike and V8 enthusiasts, the island's racing circuit is not to be missed. There is good fishing out of Rhyll, plus a golf course and a range of walking tracks.

Beach

Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, Less than 5 minutes drive to the beach.

The beach is only 400 metres away and it is a lovely walk as there are many different paths to talk to keep the kids and dog entertained. The red rocks beach carpark is about 800m away where the locals love a swim as the water so clean and deeper than many front beaches.

Many people fish off the rocks at the local beach, there's room in the garage for a boat anf the Cowes boatramp is 2 minutes away.

We welcome pets to our house and have a lovely secure yard with a deck that no dog has ever escaped from! The lowest fence is just under 6ft for those that are concerned about dogs jumping over and out. Indoors, we prefer dogs not to sleep in the carpeted bedrooms to avoid the doggie smell for the next occupant. Please ensure all visiting pets are flea treated and that you clean up all their waste with the pooper scooper provided and put it in the bin (bagged).
