This cosy two bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a double story house. It is available for holiday rental alone or with upstairs which offers additional 3 bedrooms ( pics & rates can be e mailed). It offers a main bedroom with queen bed, a second bedroom with tri bunk, fully equiped kitchen/meal area, and adjoining toilet/shower/laundry area,a split system heating/cooling in the main Bedroom, under cover BBQ area The property is fully fenced. It is within a walking distance to the beach and boat ramp( about 800m) and three minutes by car to central Cowes. Pets Will be considered. schoolies are welcomed to apply ( conditions do apply)

GRAND PRIX WEEK. This property is available ONLY with the main house upstairs which offers an additional three bedrooms, lounge/dining/kitchen/toilet/laundry. Photos for upstairs available on request. Property Can sleep up to 12 people.

Arrival is 2pm, departure time by 10:00am.
