This magnificently presented brand new apartment on the Cowes foreshore has absolute beach frontage, only a short stroll to the main street offering cafes, restaurants, hotel and shops. Across the road is a childrens' playground and BBQ area. This is the recipe for a very relaxing and enjoyable family holiday or a quiet retreat for couples.
PROPERTY FEATURES: Split system reverse cycle air conditioning, Miele electric hot plate, electric oven and range hood. Miele dishwasher, microwave, large 2 door fridge with ice maker, washing machine, clothes dryer, 42"HD plasma TV, 2 x DVD players & DVDs, Playstation 2 & games (childrens' room) electric heaters in all bedrooms, 2 x leather lounges, 8 seat dining table, wireless broadband internet available,vacuum cleaner, 8 seat outdoor setting and gas BBQ, iron & board, 2 luxury bathrooms, underground secure carpark x 2 spaces, all cooking utensils. Internal security intercom with remote front door release and basement lift to apartment.
Less than 1.5 hours drive from Berwick will land you at Cscape to start your relaxing holiday. Try fishing from the pier just a short stroll from the apartment or take the family for a walk along the beach.

Locality

This is the Marque apartment complex on Phillip Island, completed October 2007 and is located on the best part of Cowes - right opposite the main Cowes beach. Just a short stroll from the main street you will find mini golf, video arcade or a short drive to the cinema. Phillip Island is host to many attractions, including the world famous Penguin Parade. Each night at sunset the penguins delight visitors as they waddle ashore after a days fishing, and they can be seen in their natural habitat. The Koala Conservation Centre provides optimal koala viewing. Phillip Island also has a variety of superb walking and cycling tracks. These tracks have been designed to maximise the stunning coastal views and surround visitors with the island's flora and fauna. From the magnificent headland of the Nobbies, the views stretch forever, offering spectacular coastal viewing from the boardwalks and lookout points set amongst natural sea bed gardens. Seal Rocks, home to Australia's largest Australian Fur Seal colony, are one and half kilometres offshore from the Nobbies and its new visitor centre.

Phillip Island is also famous for its international Motorcycle and Car racing events. Motorbike enthusiasts from around the world converge on the island twice a year to see the big bikes in action on the famous Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, at the World Super Bike Championship in March and the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix in October. In September visitors can also enjoy the action of the V8 Supercars. The island is also renowned for its beaches, both safe and surf. Festivals such as the San Remo/Newhaven Art Show and Fishing Village Festival and the Churchill Island Working Horse and Pioneer Festival are also popular. There is usually something interesting occurring every weekend.
