Holiday house

The house has 4 spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has one Queen sized bed plus one single bed..
Bedroom 2 has one Queen sized bed and one single bed.
Bedroom 3 has one Queen sized bed ..
Bedroom 4 has 3 King single beds
Large lounge room with dining table.
Large kitchen with chairs and table.
Kitchen equipped with stove and hotplate. 2 Refrigerators. Microwave and cooking utensils.
Laundry and Washing Machine.
There is one large bathroom with shower and toilet.
There is another separate toilet. There is plenty of room for cars to be parked inside the property Secure fences and double lockable gate. A very sunny deck is at the back of the house and a cool verandah at the front.
It is right in the heart of Cowes, the main town on Phillip Island. A short walk to the beach and shops. Surf beaches are 5 Km. away. Of course a must when on Phillip Island is a visit to our world famous Penguin Parade.

Locality

The house is very close to the Cowes Golf Course. Walking distance to the beach. Swimming pool at the school across the road. Walk to restaurants and shops.

Pet friendly

Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside, Secure, fully fenced running area.

We ask that dogs sleep in the laundry and not in the bedrooms. The laundry is quite big enough for a couple of dog beds. As there are polished boards in the living areas dogs claws can scratch them if they are running through. Please keep them under control. The fences are very secure.

Super bikes. 4 day only $1000. Includes Linen and Cleaning.
Easter weekend. 4 day only $900.
Schoolies weeks. $1350 per week. $100 Cleaning Fee. $1000.00 bond.
NORMAL RATES.
Off peak 2 day min booking$175.per day per 4 people. Extra person $25 per day.
Please Note. We supply linen for GP. Super Bikes,weekends included in price.
All other times linen is not included in the price. Linen can be supplied at a cost of $25 per 2 people
