This beautifully presented townhouse is located only minutes walk from the main street of Cowes, RSL Club and beach. With access to the pool and BBQ area. Furnished to the highest quality and including all the extras you require to make your next Phillip Island Holiday memorable. A large open plan kitchen, dining and living area opens on to a courtyard and decking which has an outdoor setting and gas BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, dining table for 6. Enjoy a gas log fire and reverse cycle air conditioning in any type of weather. There is a big screen plasma TV, DVD player, stereo with surround sound and comfortable couches in the downstairs living area, whilst a kids retreat upstairs includes a TV, DVD player, reverse cycle air conditioning and a 3 seater sofa. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in robe and ensuite, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and a built in robe, bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and built in robe. There are 2 showers, 1 bath and 3 toilets available, the laundry includes a washing machine, dryer and iron and there is also a double garage, with a BBQ Table Tennis Table available. The property can accommodate up to 6 people.
