Holiday house

This is a beautifully appointed apartment only a few steps away from Cowes north facing front beach and just around the corner from all the cafes, restaurants and shops.
The apartment ison the ground floor with only a few steps up to the main entrance. Step inside to sunny open plan lounge room with central dining table, leather lounge, large flat screen TV and DVD player, there is a split system for heating and coolong. The lounge opens on to a great balcony that has an electric bbq and outdoor setting, you can see the beach from the balcony.
The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooking, microwave and dishwasher, there are lots of salad bowls, platters etc perfect for alfresco dining on the balcony.
There are 3 bedrooms the master having a queen bed, flat screen Tv and sliding doors leading out into a sheltered courtyard that has another outdoor setting. There is an ensuite off the master with a spa.
The second bedroom has another queen and the third has a tribunk. There is also a family bathrooom.
The laundry has a washing machine, dryer iron and ironing board.
The unit comes with 1 secure parking spot.
This is a really nice apartment in a fantastic location a great spot for your next holiday or weekend getaway.
