We are situated on 26 acres of bushland, backing onto the Otway State Park. Our Villa is decorated in a Mexican theme.

As with the other three cottages on the property, the Villa is fully self contained. Nestled in amongst the native bushland, the Villa provides a feeling of peace, individual seclusion and privacy. A private winter campfire out the front of the cottage, yabbying and the recreation area with pool table and gas BBQ all add to a wonderful holiday experience.

Don't let your pets miss out, bring them along too! We know they are a huge part of the family and make sure they will feel as welcome as you do. They are sure to love the home made doggie treats.

On easy main road access just 1.5 hours from Melbourne, we are nestled in the hinterland, 25 minutes inland from Lorne and the beautiful Great Ocean Road.
We are only 50 minutes from the amazing Otway Fly Tree Top Walk, the longest and highest forest canopy walk of its kind in the world. The exhilarating views of the forest's natural wonders are breath-taking.
Easy drives can be taken to popular destinations such as Apollo Bay, the magnificent 12 Apostles and various picnic and waterfall locations.
There are a number of wineries in the area open for cellar door sales and tastings.
Nearby recreational activities include golf, surf, rock and lake fishing, horse trail riding, 4 wheel driving and bushwalking.
There are many places of interest and things to do including scenic drives, picnic spots, historic mansion, berry farms, cheese factory, tea houses and arts & craft shops, just to name a few.
