Holiday unit, Holiday apartment, Self-contained apartment

Recently renovated with stylish high quality furnishings, fittings and lighting, including a state of the art and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Two spacious wool carpeted bedrooms (a queen and 2 singles), brand new tasteful contemporary furniture, fully equipped with LCD wide-screen TV, DVD, CD/radio, washer, reverse cycle air-conditioner, diswasher, fridge, microwave, Sheridan Designer linen & towels.

The living, kitchen and dining areas are well appointed, comfortable, spacious and open plan. A large sliding double glass door opens out directly on to a large balcony, complete with outdoor furniture, barbeque facilities and fantastic 180 degree ocean views. Sit back and watch the surfers, yachts, passing ships and the glorious sunsets, while enjoying a relaxing sundowner.

Perfectly situated across from the beach.The apartment was beautifully maintained. Views of the sunsets from the balcony were amazing and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property.

Locality

Westward Ocean View is situated on Marine Parade, directly opposite South Cottesloe Beach and the reef. (see map) The apartment is an easy and pleasant 8 to 10 minute stroll, along the foreshore pathway, to the main beach side hotels, cafes, restaurants and shopping, but it is far enough away from them, in the quiet residential area of South Cott beach, not to be disturbed by any noise. SeaView golf course is a mere five minute stroll away, and the train station, on the main Perth to Fremantle line, is just two min away.....Or you can drive to Fremantle in approx. 5-8 minutes, to Claremont in 10 minutes, or in about 20 minutes be in Perth City.
An undercover parking bay is provided for your convenience.

Our tastefully refurbished and fully equipped apartment will ensure you of a thoroughly relaxing and comfortable stay on Perth's Sunset Coast . Swimming, surfing, kite surfing, wind surfing, walking, fishing, boating, yachting, golfing, wining and dining, Cottesloe has it all,... and with a beautiful sunset to enjoy every night too!

2008 Feb-16 Malcolm & Jackie; Westward Ocean View was the most idealic place to spend the last two weeks of our holiday in WA. Perfectly situated across from the beach and within walking distance to the excellent train service to Fremantle and Perth. The apartment was beautifully maintained and had everything we could possibly want. The views of the sunsets from the balcony were amazing and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property.
2008 Jan-25 Roslyn; Westward Ocean View was a very clean and comfortable apartment with stunning views over the ocean,south of Cottesloe Beach.Convenient to shops,train etc.Made to feel very welcome with personal touches like fresh milk in the fridge and lots of extra towels.Air-con was effective for the hot days, BBQ perfect on the balcony.Sunsets the best in the world.
