Strahan, Tasmania
Cosy Pines is a spacious 10 square cottage located behind a private residence in a very quiet area of Strahan.
The cottage is ideally suited to families or couples travelling together.
It really is a home away from home!
"We were absolutely delighted at the comfort, spaciousness and warmth of the accommodation. The hosts were delightfully helpful with all matters including information regarding tourist destinations. We felt 'at home' and would not hesitate to stay at Cosy Pines again. "

"Extremely clean and comfortable with more than our needs met.
Very friendly and helpful hosts without being intrusive.
Quiet area of Strahan but within short walking distance of supermarket and Strahan Village. Would be very conducive to families as living area is quite large. "

"A lovely cosy place, The wood fire was excellent because it did get quite cool. Very homely. Superb continental breakfast which saved us looking for the shop or packing stuff and after driving 3 hours or more it was excellent. Very quiet spot and we slept well."

"As part of my work, I have to stay in a large number of cabin style accomodations throughout Tassie. Some good, some not so good. Cosy pines is by far the most comfortable I have stayed in to date. The owners have thought of everything in terms of what one might need in the kitchen, in the bathroom, for the kids to entertain themselves etc. Having the fire lit and going prior to our arrival was a nice touch. I fully recommend Cosy Pines to anyone."

"We stayed at Greengate Cottage and it was excellent. Plenty of room (huge bathroom) and nice little touches over Xmas. Margot was very helpful over the internet and at Strahan with papers, milk and info. Place was spotless and beds comfy. A little distance from town but if you have a car that's no problem. Golfcourse a few houses down and very friendly to visitors. Thankyou for a relaxing stay.

"Cosy Pines was very spacious and Margo, the owner, was just lovely. It was cheaper than a lot of other accomodation in Strahan and just as nice, definite value for money.
We would recommend Cosy Pines as it is close to everything and Strahan is so pretty."
