Comprising Lounge with Gas Heating, Ceiling Fan and Airconditioner, TV, DVD & Stereo. Seperate dining room, seating 6, Fully Equipped Kitchen Including Dishwasher & microwave. Three Bedrooms - two Queen beds & 1 Trundle - (two singles) Family room/Second Living with TV, DVD, , Stereo & Reverse cycle Air conditioner, Bathroom and Laundry Facilites.

Totally Secure Rear Garden with BBQ, Spa and undercover Parking.

Ideal for Water Lovers, Wine Lovers, Golfers, Skydivers, and of course Snow Lover - Only 1.5 to 2 hrs to the top of Mt. Hotham.
