Holiday house

This is the ideal escape if you really want to get away from it all and crave something completely different!

"Dungowan House" and "The Barn" are located at "Dungowan" part of a 500 acre working farm which is approximately 40kms north of Braidwood and 70kms south of Nowra (1hr 20m to Canberra and 3 hours to Sydney).

It's the perfect large family retreat, or ideal for small corporate events and off-site meetings.

The property offers complete privacy for it's guests. With French provincial interiors, marble or travetine bathrooms (5), full chefs kitchens (2) including large freestanding gas cookers, double door fridge freezers (2), espresso machine, large plasma TV (3), cable and underfloor heating. Every detail has been attended to in order to ensure you are completely pampered during your stay.

As an added bonus guests have exclusive access to "The Boatshed" the perfect place located on the property down by the private lake and only 3 minutes walk from "The Barn" and "Dungowan House". This is a great place to relax and chat by the external open fire on the deck with friends or curl up on the couch inside and enjoy your favourite book (or select one from the bookcase). A fireplace is also located inside for those cooler times. There is also a desk located in the boatshed and wireless broadband and it's a great place for you to start writing that novel .

On warmer days you may wish to picnic by old rustic Gazebo near the river bank or sit on the river bank and look out for the platypus or throw a line in the river and catch a fish for dinner.

At dusk, if the fishing was unsuccessful, you may wish to retreat back to your one of your private courtyards and try your hand at a homemade pizza in your own wood fired pizza oven.

There is abundant wildlife on the property as it is very close to Morton National Park (source of Corang River) and on most evenings you will see Kangaroos and the resident Wombats near your house. All wildlife on the property is
