Modern open plan kitchen (with views). Dishwasher. Upstairs has the main bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite. Television and DVD player in upstairs living area (air conditioned). Ceiling fan in bedroom.
Bedrooms two and three have a queen size bed and ceiling fans.Bedroom 4 has two single beds.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Main bathroom with bath and shower.
Tuscan-style courtyard with BBQ and outdoor setting. Relax and take in the cool ocean breezes after a day at the beach.
8 minute walk down to the beach from a pathway across the road.
Four off street parking spaces.
Comfortable and tasteful, this property is perfect for that family holiday At Copa Beach.
