Holiday house

Only 100 metres to the golden sands of Copacabana Beach enjoy this lovely beach house with all the comforts of home, FOXTEL, free WIFI, IPOD docking station and speakers, 2 lounge rooms, back garden with BBQ and 2 seating areas, fantastic games room, AC, heating and more!

Looking like a beach house from the front, the house is deceptively large once inside boasting 4 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, sunroom with dining setting and 2 single day beds, 2 separate lounge rooms complete with FOXTEL, free WIFI, TV and DVDs, and an additional 3rd lounge area with pullout couch located in the games room.

The laundry has a washing machine, dryer and hanging area, a modern fully equipped kitchen and a lovely secure backyard with 2 outdoor seating areas with umbrellas and of course the all important modern gas BBQ!

An additional games room has recently been renovated and you can enjoy ping pong, foosball, air hockey as well as darts and other fun games. There are 2 additional lounge suites located here as well as a bar fridge. This is a great area of the house to relax with friends or family.

There is an air conditioner for warm Summers and two lovely electric fireplaces for cool Winters as well as various other heaters spread over the house. Beds have electric blankets as well.

Lots of games and books available in our bookshelf for rainy days or cosy evenings!

THE BACKYARD IS ENCLOSED AND IS PET FRIENDLY FOR SMALL PETS ONLY, PLEASE ENQUIRE.......

The house sleeps up to a maximum of 12 adults. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom 3 has 2 single bunk beds, bedroom 4 has a double bed. All beds have electric blankets and all bedrooms have chest of drawers wardrobes mirrors .

The front sunroom has a two single day beds which are perfect for daytime relaxing reading. They may also be used for sleeping 2 additional people (1 x single bed and 1 x king single bed)
